The Achievements Mastering Math Curriculum facilitates early-elementary students’ mastery of grade-level math skills. This comprehensive curriculum, based on the common core standards, presents essential math skills in a clear and stimulating format. Each lesson connects to cross-curricular units of study and real-world math applications. Lessons follow a gradual release of the responsibility teaching model and are packed with plenty of independent practice work to allow students to demonstrate mastery of concepts.

• Understanding, modeling, and setting up equations for multiplication and division

• Learning and applying the properties of multiplication

• Fluently multiplying and dividing within 100

• Memorizing the products of one-digit numbers

• Writing, modeling, and comparing fractions and mixed numbers

• Measuring length, mass, and volume

• Plotting length and other data on graphs 

• Reading time on analog and digital clocks

• Solving to find the area and perimeter of a rectangle
